A male abseiling portrait mixed media artwork. This contemporary piece was made using vintage papers and thread on an old book page. A charming collage ideal for explorers, rock climbers and anyone with a love for adventure and travel.
Material; Vintage paper and thread on book page.
Paper Size: Approx 12 x 18.5cm (thread hangs down further)
This artwork will be titled, signed and numbered on the front and dated on the back. You will also receive a certificate of authenticity.
You have the option to order a bespoke frame from me. Just choose “Framed” from the dropdown box. You will receive your collage in a handmade dark grey stained wood frame. The collage will be float mounted with approximately 2 inches of space all the way around. The artwork will be set back from the glass and the thread will hang free and gather at the base. The final frame will be strung and ready to hang.
Please see photographs for an example of how it will look.
Unframed collages are shipped within 3 working days. Frames are made to order so please allow up to two weeks.

I am a paper collage artist using a mix of found and vintage papers. I hand cut my elements, using them to tell a new story. Colourful shapes create movement and direction. I am drawn to damaged paper with stains, rips and hand writing from the past. These marks often dictate my compositions.
