- After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form to send images within 24 hours of purchase so your delivery time isn't impacted.
- Hand-embroidered on cotton fabric.
- Choose your thread colour: Black, Blue, Dark grey (like pencil), or As close to the original as possible.
- Letter size: W15cm x H20cm (W6 x H8 inches).
- Mount size: W20.3cm x H25.3cm (8x10 inches).
- The final piece is available either displayed in a white card mount, ready for a conventional photo frame, or as just the embroidered letter for a hanging glass frame.
- You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too.
- Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non-refundable unless faulty/damaged.
