  • Personalise your box with a name or short wording (up to 50 characters, required). Choose from a child’s name, “Little Library”, “Story Time”, “Books” or your own wording.
  • Choose your background colours and lettering colour from more than 50 shades.
  • No vinyl lettering or stickers are used.
  • Size: Medium - Approximately 30cm long x 20cm wide x 16cm high.
  • Large - Approximately 40cm long × 30cm wide × 24cm high.
  • Each personalised book box is individually designed and painted for you.
  • As wood is a natural material and every box is painted by hand, the grain, finish and painted details may vary slightly. These small differences make each book box unique.

A hand-painted wooden box that makes storytime special, this custom storage crate keeps books safe and within reach for little readers. Create a special home for their favourite stories, designed to keep books tidy, visible and easy for little readers to reach.

The crates can be hand-painted in colours of your choice and personalised with a child’s name, “Little Library” or your own wording. Choose from more than 50 shades to coordinate it with a nursery, bedroom, playroom or reading corner.

Every detail is painted directly onto the wood by Hannah at The Happy Yellow Door Company. No vinyl stickers are used. A meaningful gift for new babies, birthdays, or Christmas that encourages a love of reading. Each box is handmade to order, ensuring a unique and personal touch.
