This listing is for a personalised hanging clay house decoration.
Process:
It’s easy! Simply place your order by purchasing this listing. Then, follow the steps in the "Need to Know" tab to send in your photos.
Decoration:
Your personalised house ornament will be hand shaped using British air drying clay. An approximate size guide is 3inches wide x 4inches tall and 0.5cm thick. Please note that each decoration will vary slightly in shape and size depending on your house.
Once the clay has dried, I will then hand paint your decoration in as much detail as possible using the photograph you send me as a reference. Your decoration will then be coated with sealer and strung up using white string.
Need to know
After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.
Please ensure any specific details you would like including on your ornament are visible in the photograph(s) e.g: potted plants, garage door, porch way, house name/number etc.
Please note: I will not dispatch your order until I have received confirmation from you that you are 100% happy with your order and happy for me to post it to you.
Once I have sent you photos of your painted and completed house, you will have the opportunity to check over it. If there are any additions you would like adding to your house, this is the time to say. For example; your pet dog/cat in the window, a specific garden plant, a bench, a bird table etc. There is no extra cost for additions to be painted on. Once you confirm that you are happy with your house decoration, I will cost it with a sealer and attach the white string.
Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non refundable.
