Need to Know
After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.
Please note: I will not dispatch your order until I have received confirmation from you that you are 100% happy with your order and happy for me to post it to you.
Once I have sent you photos of your painted and completed house, you will have the opportunity to check over it. If there are any additions you would like adding to your house, this is the time to say. For example; your pet dog/cat in the window, a specific garden plant, a bench, a bird table etc. There is no extra cost for additions to be painted on. Once you confirm that you are happy with your house, I will coat it with sealer for protection before packaging and posting it to you.

Process:
It’s easy! Simply place your order by purchasing this listing. Then, follow the directions in the "Need to Know" Section to send in photos.
I will hand shape your personalised house sculpture using British air dry clay. An approximate size guide is 3inches wide, 4inches tall and 3inches in depth. Please note that measurements for each house will vary depending on the shape of your house.
I will then hand paint your clay house in as much detail as possible using coloured acrylic paint, using the photographs you send me as a reference.
