To personalise your pet portrait, please send through 6-8 images of your dog - highlighting any significant markings/ features. This is to ensure nothing is missed and to capture the best likeness possible!

After you have placed your order, please use the Customer Contact Form on the Contact Us page and select ‘I need to send images to the Co for a personalised product’ option. You’ll then be able to attach your images. You’ll also be reminded on how to send these within your Order Confirmation email too. If you could please send these within 24hours of purchase so your delivery time isn’t impacted.

Due to the personalised nature of this product, it is non refundable.
