A tangy, sweet rhubarb preserve perfect for spreading on toast or mixing into yogurt. Made with fresh rhubarb and natural ingredients, this preserve is a small-batch treat.
These preserves are made from my cordials, with the majority of the water strained from the preserve. Each 200g jar is pasteurised for a long shelf life.
