Exactly the same as a classic Rocky Road, but we have used a gluten free digestive biscuit so these rockies are made using ingredients that do not contain wheat. They are not classified as gluten free, but the digestive biscuits we use are gluten free. These are simple, and well, we haven’t changed them one bit, since you were young, well maybe just elevated the ingredients a little. These rockies are smashed up gluten free digestive biscuits, melted 70% Belgium chocolate, treacle & golden syrup give the correct balance of sweetness, local butter, marshmallows & raisins. They might be “made without” but not without taste, flavour & yumminess!
