Looking for a bold, sweet-spicy drizzle that elevates any dish? Our Scotch Bonnet Hot Honey is a chilli-infused honey that delivers a fiery kick of Scotch bonnet chillies balanced by the natural sweetness of rich floral honey.
Perfect as a hot honey drizzle for pizza, fried chicken, halloumi, BBQ meats and cheese, or anywhere you want a hit of sweet heat. Use it as a marinade, a dipping sauce, or a finishing touch on your favourite dishes.
Each batch is carefully crafted in small quantities in Dorset, using a blend of EU and non-EU honey for a rich, floral base. Sweet, spicy and seriously moreish.
