This design came together after thinking about Synchronicity II by The Police, a shield Kate Bush wore dressed as a knight, and medieval suns. This year I've struggled a lot with creative burnout and having a career that's almost totally self-motivated. It made me realise that the impetus to keep going with this work is like a siren. It's an engine and inner compass and a call that keeps us spinning forwards, for better or for worse. This pin aims to embody that feeling and motion, and is marked with the call of the siren in morse code.

The Mythic Orchestra was born in East London in 2023. A diverse ensemble of musicians, artists, poets, and audiophiles, their mission is to breathe new life into ancient stories through the universal language of music. Their debut, Sur La Mer, is a concept album that evokes mythic representations of the sea and weaves together spoken word, hip hop, and french impressionism culminating in a vivid and immersive musical tapestry.
