Push refill into glass, each glass is handblown so it can vary in size. However we have found the tighter the wax fits in the glass the better the burn and longevity of the candle.
On first burn allow the candle to fully pool to the edge to ensure the wax burns evenly and the scent can fill the room.
Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
Place on level surface
Trim the wick before every use to approx. 1cm
Snuff out candle rather than blowing
Avoid placing lit candle in drafty places

We have three different aromatherapy blends to choose from:
SLEEP

Blend:
Himalayan Cedarwood: Safety and comfort, Lavender: Reduces anxiety and promotes better sleep, Lemon verbena: Eases stress and insomnia, Ylang ylang: Soothing and sedative.
EAT
Encourages conversation and deodorises food after cooking.
Blend:
Lemon: Deodoriser, Sweet orange: Uplifts moods, energising, Spearmint: Invigorating & Basil: Alleviates fatigue
SEX:
Brings joy, relaxation and arouses the senses.
Blend:
Mandarin: Joyful and positive, Patchouli: Seductive and promotes security, Ylang Ylang: Connect to emotions, passion and creativity.
