These lovely badges make a very sustainable gift as they can be used year after year, or even person after person.
Make your loved one’s special day just that bit more special with one of these badges.
Available in eight different colours, and with a choice of three different messages: either 'Birthday Boy', 'Birthday Girl', or 'It’s my birthday'. Please make your selection for both colour and wording from the drop-down menu below.
Need to know
These beautiful badges are made by stitching the words by freehand embroidery onto a piece of wool fabric before adding to a handmade star badge made from glittery fabric. Due to the nature of the process each one will be slightly different. Handmade to order by Jane in her home studio, these lovely badges measure approximately 6.5cm by 6.5cm. Please note they come with a metal brooch pin on the back which is sharp and therefore not suitable for small children.

All my wording is stitched by free hand embroidery, which uses a standard domestic sewing machine and I guide the fabric around with my hands to write the words.
I'm completely self taught and it's taken many many hours of practice to get my writing so neat, in fact I think my stitched writing is neater than my handwriting!
