The reality of the chocolate industry is tough: women do up to 70% of the grueling farm labor, yet take home less than 20% of the income. At Cocoa Sisters, we’re entirely female-owned, and we're actively changing that narrative. We work exclusively with individual female cocoa farmers, shouting about their incredible stories and making sure they get the fair pay and appreciation they deserve.
