Need to Know
- Ingredients: Rhubarb, Sugar, Water, Citric Acid, Natural Custard Flavouring Oil, Pectin.
- No colourings are in any of my products.
- We only use natural ingredients and nearly all the fruits and roots are juiced fresh.
- These preserves have been pasteurised which means they will last for 6 months unopened - once opened we recommend popping the jar in the fridge and you should consume them within 2 weeks.
- Net weight: 200g.

Winter Spiced Plum & Apple Jam brings a burst of seasonal flavour to your breakfast or afternoon snack. This 200g jar of fruit preserve is made from real rhubarb, sugar, and natural custard flavouring oil, whipped through yogurt or spread on toast for a taste of the holidays.
These preserves are made from my cordials, with the majority of the water strained from the preserve.
