Hi, I’m Tess! I’ve always loved salad dressing!
My mum taught me how to make it from as young as I can remember. We’d get through jars of the stuff at home - using it to dress up green salads, pour over jacket potatoes, jazz up a pasta salad or sometimes we’d have straight off the spoon!
It wasn’t until I was older, when friends would ask on holiday if I could make the dressing, or if they could have the ‘secret’ recipe, that I thought “hang on, maybe this stuff is quite good!”

Having been underwhelmed by what was on offer in the supermarkets, finding that the majority of dressings were full of saturated fats, emulsifiers and refined sugars, I started thinking that the world needs good salad dressing! Not just dressing for leaves, but dressings that you can use everyday in a variety of ways, that elevate simple ingredients to make cooking more delicious, simple and fun.
With a background as a private chef, I wanted to create a challenger brand that not only looked & tasted great, but was good for you too. Using all natural ingredients, the dressings are all refined sugar, gluten and dairy free. But most importantly, the main focus is on FLAVOUR, with the purpose of elevating everyday meals, using the highest quality ingredients. I really hope you enjoy them! Tess x
