Atelier Chocolates is a Kent-based chocolatier creating hand tempered and hand painted bon bons in small batches.
Founded by Molly, a former Michelin pastry chef, the collection is inspired by the discipline and beauty of fine patisserie. Each chocolate is built like a dessert in miniature, layered with flavour, texture and single origin chocolate chosen for depth and character.
Everything is made by hand in the atelier, from tempering the chocolate to finishing each piece, keeping production deliberately small and considered.
Atelier Chocolates is proud to partner with Original Beans, a B Corp certified chocolate maker recognised for regenerative cacao sourcing and full traceability from origin to finished chocolate. Their approach supports biodiversity, forest restoration and farming communities at source, while delivering exceptional single origin chocolate for our collection.

The story behind the business
Meet Atelier Chocolates
Molly’s earliest memories of flavour come from her grandmother. Together they would pick raspberries from the garden and turn them into jam, spooned into homemade doughnuts still warm from the fryer. The joy of making something by hand, of transforming simple ingredients into something to be shared, stayed with her.
She went on to train as a patisserie chef, spending a decade in some of the country’s most respected Michelin-starred and renowned kitchens. It was there she refined her approach to precision, balance and detail, working at the highest level of dessert craftsmanship.
Chocolate became the focus. Its complexity and creative range offered something endlessly expressive, and Atelier Chocolates was born from that fascination.
