Build your own Signature Collection box and choose from twelve distinct chocolates, balancing fruit, spice, caramel and pure origin cacao. Flavours include Raspberry Rose, Blackforest, Coffee Hazelnut, Strawberry Elderflower, Sea Salt Caramel and Spiced Apple, alongside single origin chocolate ganaches showcasing Esmeraldas 42%, Femmes de Virunga 55%, Cusco 65%, Beni Wild 66%, Udzungwa 70% and Arhuaco 82%.
Each piece is designed as a miniature dessert or a pure expression of Cacao origin, layered for contrast in texture and flavour, from bright fruit notes and floral lifts to deep roasted cocoa and gentle bitterness.
We work with exceptional single origin chocolate from Original Beans, chosen for its clarity of flavour, traceable sourcing and remarkable range across cacao percentages and origins. It allows each bon bon to express a distinct identity, whether fruit-led, spiced or cocoa-forward.
Every chocolate is tempered, filled and hand painted in our Kent studio using traditional artisan techniques. The result is a collection that feels refined, personal and considered, designed for gifting, sharing or slow moments with coffee after dinner.
