Meet Brownie and the Bean
Back in 2017, we left behind city life in London and moved to the Norfolk/ Suffolk borders in search of a slower pace and new adventure. With a shared love of food, we (Charlotte and Luke) wanted to create something meaningful.
Our story started with a family favourite- Luke’s Mum’s famous brownie recipe. It was the kind of bake that brought everyone together at family parties, so we decided it would be the perfect foundation for our business.
We began with a mobile café, transforming a vintage horse trailer into a café on wheels. By 2019, we were travelling across East Anglia, serving our freshly baked brownies and hot drinks at markets, fairs, and local events.
When everything changed in 2020, so did we. We parked up the trailer for good and focused on home baking, offering doorstep deliveries across our local area. The response was incredible and led us to launch our brownie deliveries by post, making it possible for customers all over the UK to enjoy our brownies.
