In 2015 I gave up my job to look after Simon, my husband, while he was on dialysis. His kidneys failed due to Polycystic Kidney Disease. I stepped in to run the family woodworking business. I can honestly say this was the most stressful time of my life.

On a walk back in 2017, my business idea came to me. Every day I use a boot jack, Simon made me, to prize my wellies from my feet. I decided that I wanted to design & make beautiful country-related products.

My design journey began, slowly to start, until Simon received a kidney transplant in May 2018. Once life settled down, I found time to work on designs. It was a huge learning curve, I look back at how far I have come & feel pretty proud of myself.

My welly racks which are my best-selling product, have even been on ITV with Alan Titchmarsh 'Love your weekend' program.

Personalisation is one of my passions. I love that it turns an item into something unique, it gives emotional connection & joy to look at.
