I am a printmaker artist based in Hackney in London. In a past life I spent over 35 years working in advertising, co-founding several acclaimed creative agencies.
Anytime that I'm not in the studio printing, you will find me trawling around auction sites and flea markets looking for interesting found images and ephemera that I can try and print onto. I use the techniques of mass communication and propaganda to create evocative pieces that connect in an emotive and humorous way. I like dogs, pink and Jaffa Cakes. I also played cricket for Italy.

I have been a full-time artist since 2020. After years of working with people I didn't really like, doing things I liked even less, I came to my senses and decided to sack off the corporate nightmare I found myself in and become an artist and spend my remaining years happy and doing things that brought me joy.
Having exorcised all of the corporate filth that once riddled my veins. I now live my best life, coming up with ideas and producing them in my beautiful yet messy studio in Hackney Wick. If there is one tiny part of you that hates your job and has that dream to bring sunshine to your life, trust your gut and act on it.
