Each jar contains Spanish Marcona almonds, known for their plump and buttery richness, along with Ferragnes almonds for their subtle sweetness.

We roast, blend and jar every batch by hand, ready to be enjoyed by the spoonful, or in your favourite recipes.

Our almond butters and caramel are made completely by hand - from the roasting process, to blending, jarring and labelling. We even break apart the almonds by hand to create our Crunchy variety, so no two jars are ever the same. We never add any fillers to our products; they're just simple, ingredients treated with the utmost attention to make them delicious.

Meet DEEP Almond Butter

I was uninspired by the nut butter market. Most of what I could find was packed with unnecessary flavours, palm oil, salt, or sugar. And there were hardly any almond butters around (mostly peanut butters instead).

I knew what I wanted. I wanted an artisanal almond butter made with quality ingredients; I wanted a moreish and bold flavour; I wanted something sophisticated and inspiring.

I tried nut butter after nut butter and couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I made it myself. And that’s how DEEP Almond Butter came to be. I refined the recipe for months on end using Marcona almonds for their inherent decadence and Ferragnes almonds, for their sweetness.

After much trial and error, the result is the complex, elegant flavour you can enjoy in every jar of DEEP Almond Butter.
