Meet Megan Donaldson, the artist and designer behind the creative studio Dottie & Cloud.

After over a decade in the fashion industry, Megan founded Dottie & Cloud whilst seeking a new creative outlet that combined her passion for craftsmanship, colour and reinvention.

At the heart of Dottie & Cloud is a commitment to sustainability and thoughtful consumption. Every piece begins its journey as a pre-loved vintage find, carefully sourced and reimagined through hand-painted decoration and creative restoration. By rescuing forgotten objects and giving them a renewed sense of purpose and value, the brand celebrates the beauty of preservation, craftsmanship and individuality.

Today, Megan works out of her studio on the Kent coast, applying her signature blend of bold motifs and vibrant colour palettes across furniture, ceramics and textiles. Her work is characterised by a joyful, maximalist aesthetic that honours the character of vintage objects while transforming them into contemporary statement pieces.
