I'm an artist, raised by an artist, so was taught to create from a very young age. Similar to me, my mum painted portraiture but also made curtains and clothes, painted furniture, muraled walls, made pottery! So it's always been the case in our family, that if you want something, you can probably make it. This is how the wreaths came about. I had the idea, couldn't find anyone else doing it, so thought I'd do it. I love making them, every stage of their creation scratches a different creative itch. No surprises though that my mum is who makes the lovely dust bags you receive them in.
