We make fudging delicious brownies from our kitchen in an Old Match Factory in Gloucester. Thoughtful about what we make & how we do it, we proudly support local artisans like Shipton Mill, plus only free-range eggs, un bleached sugar & unsalted butter.
A team of brownie loving bakers, fanatical as founder Hetty about making them properly: always fudgy never cakey! We want our bakes to be the stuff of your dreams! And WE want to FEEL GOOD about what we make for YOU!

ADHD MEANT I HAD TO WORK FOR MYSELF
I knew that normal employment wouldn’t be right for me. I got bored of ‘normal jobs’ quickly. I needed to create something that worked for me, hyper focussing on brownies became my superpower. 12 years on, I’m still obsessed 😊
GOOD FOOD IS IN MY GENES
Both my Grandparents were farmers. Family gatherings always revolved around food. Sharing delicious, homemade food is what love feels like to me & supporting other producers feels like responsible business. So sharing brownies baked with great produce is my way of sharing what I love with the world!
BABIES OR BUSINESS? I WANTED BOTH!
When I fell pregnant, I knew my beloved home baking biz had an expiration date. I had to quickly grow it to support a team & take on a commercial kitchen or give it up completely. With supportive customers & new team, it came together, only just in time!
