My journey started over 20 years ago during my Aromatherapy & Holistic therapist training. I've always had a passion for essential oils & I love not just their numerous health benefits, but also the way they make us feel. Aromatherapy can lift you up, putting a little spring in your step if you're feeling a bit sluggish, or it can be beautiful & calming when you feel a touch frazzled.

This knowledge was a great foundation for creating my slow & mindful skincare products full of beneficial & gentle ingredients to really help nurture your skin.

All of our products are made by me in small batches to ensure freshness & potency of the wonderful ingredients that we use.

I'm a mum to a beautiful, very busy little boy and I know now, more than ever, that its so important to carve out a little time for yourself, make it a priority to step back & indulge in a little bit of self care, even if it is just for 10 minutes.
