I can remember being a small child and having a love for all types of crafting. I spent my time collecting scraps of fabric from family and friends so I could make my dolls new clothes and make handmade gifts.

My passion for crafts continued to grow over the years and, as my friends and family had babies, I saw a gap in the market and began to make personalised gifts for their nursery’s.

My first garland was for a friend and I spent some time looking at the nursery’s colour scheme and theme then I got started. I used a deep pastel felt and complimented the name with hot air balloons and clouds at each end. The new parents were thrilled with the garland and it took pride of place in the nursery.

The joy that was shown by my friend for this garland was what inspired me to begin my small business.

As I got busier and busier my husband built a cabin in the garden so that I now have the perfect space to work in and grow my business. I am so lucky to have a job that I enjoy so much and gives other people so much pleasure.
