Bonjour, I am Lucie, the founder of Maison Spoon - Vintage cutlery engraved by hand with cheeky or personalised words.
I travel across antique markets all over the UK to uncover vintage spoons adorned with delicate floral details. I up-cycle old cutlery into one-of-a-kind pieces and give them a new life by delicately engraving each piece in my signature French cursive handwriting. I personalise them with playful words, sweet love notes and a hint of cheekiness, making each spoon a conversation starter or a memorable gift for your loved ones.

Meet Maison Spoon
Bonjour, my name is Lucie, I am a French and live in London.
Some of my passions in life include:
- flowers -I get one or two fresh bouquets every week
- eating - did somebody say cake?
- innuendos - or play on words, whatever they are called as long as they make you smile
- and of course rummaging through vintage & flea markets, where I find all those little pre-loved beauties and treasures
I used to be an engraver for a personalised jewellery company, that's where I learned the technique of hand engraving (which requires a very steady hand, oui oui). I wanted to work in a more sustainable way by reusing what's already out there and by not putting anymore sh*t out into our world...and just like that, Maison Spoon and its cheeky engraved spoons was born! Some call it rude (I am french after all), I say it’s cheekily honest.
