Milton Camberley was born when I was nine years old, on a school trip to a museum where I was introduced to Victorian handwriting using a quill and ink. That moment sparked a lifelong love of beautiful writing, and my handwriting has remained unmistakably the same ever since. Loopy and elegant, with a subtle influence of copperplate, it soon became something others noticed.

Family and friends later began commissioning handwritten pieces as gifts, followed by bespoke place cards and wedding stationery. Though I trained and worked as a nurse, the desire to create something truly beautiful never faded. A few years after leaving nursing to spend more time with my small children, I took a calligraphy course.

Today, Milton Camberley is a luxury stationery studio creating wedding stationery and hand-lettered pieces, with calligraphy at the heart of every design.
