I trained with Slatteries in Manchester and Callebaut in Banbury with whom I continue to work on a regular basis. This makes sure that I am bringing you the latest, the best and most delicious ideas in chocolate.

I create all my chocolates in my bespoke chocolate studio in South Leicestershire by hand and in small batches. This artisan process also ensures that, with the beautiful, local ingredients I include in my recipes, every chocolate you taste and the flavours we explore together will be unique.

The individual decorative styles I use to finish and to package my chocolates are chosen with great care so that they not only taste amazing but look beautiful too. No two chocolates that I make for you will therefore look exactly the same – although I do try to persuade them to resemble each other as appropriate!

And, importantly, I also simply love the flavours of the Callebaut range of chocolates. And that this company is continually innovating to provide us with new things to explore to suit different tastes and dietary preferences and requirements.
