I created Saucy consisting of 3 oil based products with the simple idea that they would transform your weekly cooking. I knew from cooking for clients that people always want quick, easy recipes but, they also need them to be seriously flavourful.
These lil’ saucy pots of joy solve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Meet Saucy
The original Saucy chilli oil was inspired by a Sri Lankan chef on the Island of Capri in Italy when I was on my cookbook shoot.
Who knew a tomato rigatoni with a spoon of spicy textured oil could transform a dish to a completely different level?! The idea that a lil’ flavour bomb condiment could elevate a simple food stuck with me.
Years later, after using a version of this chilli oil for my private chef dinners, I decided to bottle the magic and in 2023 Saucy was born.
