Hand embroidered linen heirlooms, handmade in the Kent countryside.
My aim is to create beautiful and meaningful handmade and hand embroidered heirlooms which I hope will be kept and treasured for generations.
I work exclusively with 100% linen, which is procured locally to me, and produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen fabric.
Linen is almost naturally organic as well as completely biodegradable and recyclable - a cause close to my heart.

Meet The Linen Cupboard
The Linen Cupboard was born when my son turned 1. I had made the decision to give up work after he was born, and found myself desperately searching for a creative outlet to keep me busy during naps and post-bedtime.
I tried pottery, and making clothes, and sketching, but nothing felt quite right until I decided to pick up a needle and some thread (hastily ordered online during a 2am toddler wake-up).
The love affair with embroidery was born instantly, and I started embroidering anything and everything in an effort to hone my skills. I'm so honoured that so many have now entrusted me to create meaningful pieces for themselves and their loved ones.
