Our journey begins a bit further west, in the heart of the Big Apple, back in 2014. It all started when Florence, our founder, took her first sip of pickle juice. Intrigued and inspired, she returned to Hackney with pickles on her mind.
Soon, Florence began experimenting, sharing bottles of tangy, umami-rich juice with local bartenders. That’s when the magic happened - she discovered it made a killer Bloody Mary. Today, every bottle of our award-winning Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix is crafted with care on our family farm in Suffolk.
