The story behind the business
Meet Third Eye Signs
Third Eye Signs is a multi-disciplinary design and painting studio based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Starting with community and personal design projects, we went on to painting murals and publlic art; designing for brands, bands and breweries; gilding on historic buildings and collaborating with brands both big and small.
Featured as a guest artist in BBC's Interior Design Masters, we have also had work featured in Channel 4's It's A Sin, Netflix's Bodies and Divina De Campo's Hedwig and the Angry Inch theatrical production.
Although our work appears in many media, it is characterised by hand drawn type picking styles from across the history of signpainting and type design and bold use of clashy colours for maximalist visual impact.
