Tommy's Fizz UK was founded by Veronique and her two sons, Julien and Pierre. After a chance meeting in the French Basque Country introduced us to the cocktails of award-winning mixologist Tom Albani. As a family business ourselves, we were immediately drawn to Tommy's Fizz, another independent family venture built on passion, craftsmanship and a commitment to quality.

Having built a reputation through his cocktail events, speakeasy bar and hospitality expertise, Tom created Tommy's Fizz to bring exceptional cocktails beyond the bar. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of the Basque region, each cocktail is crafted using premium spirits and carefully selected ingredients sourced from local producers.
