We're a Bristol based fashion brand that enjoys colour and fun filled slogans.
The brand started out with a small collection of kids t-shirts and sweatshirts and, with the help of social media (and some hard work), has now grown to include bags, accessories and more!
With a soft spot for screen printing, embroidery and catchy slogans, I hope you love our unique designs, the kaleidoscope of colour and of course, our fave motto...Always. Carry. Snacks.

The story behind the business
Meet What Ted Wore
What Ted Wore was founded in 2018 by Lucy, a fashion graduate from Bristol.
Having previously worked in the fashion industry as a visual designer, What Ted Wore started off as a tiny idea when Lucy was on maternity leave with her eldest son, Ted.
After a year or so of designing and plucking up the courage to start a business, it finally happened and What Ted Wore went live and the first set of t-shirt and sweatshirt designs were released.
With the help of social media and some hard work, What Ted Wore grew a lovely and loyal customer following that allowed the business to grow and more designs to come to life.
In 2020 after Lucy's second son was born, the bright idea came to her to design a tote bag. The now bestselling Always Carry Snacks bag. The release of this design was a real game changer and helped the business grow into the previously unknown area of...the accessories market.
Now with a range of tote bags, pouches, sweatshirts and t-shirts the world is Lucy's and What Ted Wore's oyster. Let's see what the future holds for this bright, colourful and fun loving small biz.
