Each pot begins as liquid clay, slip-cast into our custom plaster moulds. Once released, every piece is carefully fettled and refined by hand before its first firing at 1000ºC.

After the kiln cools, we glaze each pot in our signature Paper White finish - a smooth, subtly speckled white - stamp it with the Young Potters mark, and fire it again at over 1200ºC for lasting strength and durability.

Your pot arrives in a custom Young Potters box, cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts (compost them or dissolve them in water) and recyclable hive paper.

Our pots are dishwasher-safe and microwave-friendly - perfect if you like your hot sauce literally hot.

Before their first use, just give them a quick gentle wash to remove any packaging dust.
