Holly & Co is the home of small business advice and inspiration. Founded by Holly Tucker MBE (who also founded notonthehighstreet), we’re leading a movement to change the small business landscape. As a proud B Corp business, we operate in a socially and environmentally conscious way, campaigning with four core missions, sharing unfiltered stories and cheerleading this incredible community that brings colour to grey.
Whether you are just taking your first steps or have been up and running for years, we’re here for you through the highs and lows — from our podcast, awards and IGTVs, to our book, Advice Hub and more. Hi, I'm Holly Tucker
Founder of notonthehighstreet and Holly & Co, and UK Ambassador to Creative Small Businesses, the past 15 years have given me the most unique and privileged birds eye view. I’ve watched and guided founders filled with passion and dreams, supporting, inspiring and championing them on their journeys.
These were the most colourful and creative businesses, yet the landscape in which they lived was grey and dominated by large corporates setting outdated business ‘rules’. So I set out on my life’s mission, to change the world of small business, creating a place that celebrates individuality, colour and creativity. A space that encourages everyone to follow their passion and build with purpose. To build a supportive community that demystifies business, breaking down the barriers that seemed to be upheld for so long.
Through my podcast, book, Instagram and Advice Hub, my aim is to give you advice and inspiration that you can’t find anywhere else, to help you to grow a business that will thrive. I’m here for you, every step of the way – think of me as your virtual cheerleader, mentor, co-founder and friend!
