  • Sold individually.
  • Earthenware jug, cast using a fine semi-porcelain slip mixed on site using a ‘secret recipe’.
  • Finished with a transparent food-safe glaze.
  • Small: H 127mm x D 67mm x W 106mm at the widest point, 250ml capacity.
  • Large: H 154mm x D 82mm x W 122mm at the widest point, 500ml capacity.
  • Dishwasher and microwave safe.
  • Wash before use.
  • Please note these items are handmade in small batches, therefore there will be some variation in colour.
  • Packed in recycled tissue paper and a corrugated cardboard sleeve, nestled in protective packing material inside a recycled cardboard box.

‘A Little Bird Told Me’ is a handmade jug that will bring joy to your home. Adorned with a detailed chunky bird handle, it is lovely to hold. This invaluable kitchen item can be used for all manner of things from milk, cream or custard. Its tapered shape makes it an elegant vessel for flowers. The wide base allows stems to cross, where the narrower top holds the bunch together.

This jug comes in two sizes or can be teamed with the matching Sugar Pot and Butter Dish, with the same bird handle.

Katie has been honing her skill for over 15 years to design and create her slip-cast ceramics. She has finished this jug with a glossy transparent glaze to show off the natural soft cream colour of the fired clay.
