Description

A handmade screen print of an A to Z ish of sport (it get's tricky towards the end). Each sport is shown on a detailed illustrated card based on vintage cigarette cards. There's fun facts about many of the sports from Olympic gold medal counts to distance...

A handmade screen print of an A to Z ish of sport (it get's tricky towards the end). Each sport is shown on a detailed illustrated card based on vintage cigarette cards. There's fun facts about many of the sports from Olympic gold medal counts to distances travelled by an award winning pigeon. Also some people say the Olympic winning weightlifter looks a bit like British comedian Alan Carr!

The edition is 65 as that's how many medals Team GB won in the 2024 Paris Olympics (and the font I drew for the Ice skaters is based on the Paris 2024 font, because I loved it).

There are 17 colours in this print, all painstakingly printed individually:
5 different pinks
Cheek pink (everyone and the pigeon have rosy cheeks - they're all working hard)
Bright red

Mustardy yellow
Gold

Bright blue
Pale blue
Brown
