Limited edition corded black lace pierrot clown tie back cape and hat set.
Made from stunning black corded lace and soft cream tulle.
Finished with cream cotton herringbone tie (to be worn at the back of the neck).
Comes with matching black lace/cream tulle pierrot clown hat with a black ribbon tie under chin fastening.

Please note that this cape is sheer and will need leggings, shorts, a long sleeve tee or dress underneath.
