This ceramic butter dish is inspired by the patterns of textile designer, Celia Birtwell. Carefully crafted and painted by hand, each butter dish features a charming heart design that makes every piece truly one of a kind. Add a touch of handmade charm to your kitchen. The speckles come from little flecks of iron within the body of the clay. When the piece fired it creates a lovely effect on the surface of the piece.
