A pair of lovebirds perch on the rim of this quirky ceramic bowl, a handcrafted gift for bird lovers for an anniversary or wedding. A red, green and pink pottery bowl with a tiny hand modelled parrot couple perching in a cut out at the rim, tiny bird prints, splatters and a pair of green hearts inside.
The bowl is hand thrown on my potter's wheel then trimmed and altered to add the birds and bird prints before drying and firing in the kiln. It is then hand painted before glazing with clear glaze and fired once more.
Great size for cereal, noodles or pasta and suitable for use as a plant pot too.
