All of our products will be delivered with a long Best Before date. This will be a minimum of 2 months, with some as long as 6 months. This is a Best Before rather than a Use By date.

• Xalapa Coppa – 60g Sliced. Ingredients: Pork (96%), Salt (3%), Chilli Powders (2.8%), Oregano, Cumin, Garlic, Black Pepper. May contain MUSTARD, MILK (produced in a facility that uses mustard seeds & milk powder). Ambient stable. Best stored at 0-5°C for quality results. Consume at room temperature. Use within 3 days of opening.

• Whole Fennel Salami (Contains MILK Powder)– 170g. Ingredients: Pork (87%), Cider, Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Dextrose, Fennel (0.6%), Water, Black Pepper, Garlic, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 138g pork per 100g of salami. Ambient stable. Best store between 0°C and 5°C.

• Red Wine & Draycott Blue Poker Bites (Contains MILK Powder) – 75g. Ingredients: Pork (80.7%), Blue CHEESE (8.1%), Red wine (4.5%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Salt, Dextrose, Water, Black pepper, Garlic, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 144g pork per 100g of salami. For best quality results keep in cool or ambient temperatures and airtight for up to 30 days from opening.

• Whole Black Pepper & Garlic Salami (Contains MILK Powder) – approx 170g. Ingredients: Pork (87%), Cider, Skimmed MILK Powder, Salt, Black Pepper (1.3%), Garlic (1.0%), Dextrose, Water, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 144g pork per 100g of salami. For best quality results keep in cool or ambient temperatures and airtight for up to 30 days from opening.

• Whole Cider Chorizo (Contains MILK Powder) – 170g. Ingredients: Pork (87%), Cider (4.8%), Skimmed MILK Powder (2.7%), Salt (1.9%), Garlic (1.4%), Paprika, Dried Chilli, Water, Dextrose, Cayenne Pepper, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate.138g pork per 100g of salami. Whole product: For best quality results keep in cool or ambient temperatures and airtight for up to 30 days from opening.
