  • Whole Black Pepper & Garlic – 170g. Ingredients: Pork (87%), Cider, Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Black Pepper (1.3%), Garlic (1.0%), Dextrose, Water, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 144g pork per 100g of salami. Ambient stable. Store between 0°C and 5°C for best quality results.
  • Nduja – 140g. Ingredients: Pork Fat (70%), Pork Jowel (17.5%), Paprika (6%) Cider (4.8%), Salt, Chilli Powder, Water. Made with 122g pork per 100g of nduja. Produced in a facility that uses mustard seeds & milk powder. Ambient stable. Best stored at 0-5°C for quality results. Consume at room temperature.
  • Duck pancetta - 100g. Ingredients: Duck Breast (96%), Salt, Tellicherry Pepper, Juniper Berries. Made with 140g of duck breast pr 100g of finished product. May contain MUSTARD, MILK (produced in a factory that uses mustard seeds & milk powder). Ambient stable. Store between 0°C and 5°C for best quality results.
