Our products make life more delicious.

From hand-harvested sea salt to unique Black Garlic Ketchup, our condiments and ingredients add an adventurous edge to your dishes, always with an eye on sustainability. Famed around the world for its purity, and used by famous chefs and homecooks alike, our sea salt makes anything it's added to sing with flavour.

We ship from our Saltcote in Anglesey, North Wales (where you can also visit to find out more about our harvesting process.)

We are incredibly proud to be a B Corp certified business - Halen Môn exists because of our incredible natural resources, so it makes sense that sustainability has genuinely always been at our very core. We champion the brilliant staff we have, committing to pay above the Living Wage and providing professional, social and wellbeing support.

Every product bearing our logo celebrates quality and the incredible isle of Anglesey that we are lucky enough to call home.

Started by Alison and David Lea-Wilson in 1997, as a less seasonal alternative to the aquarium they were running. Halen Môn is now run by Alison and a brilliant core team, with all their children taking an active role, as David takes a step back.
