• Ingredients (allergens in CAPITALS): Pork (87%), Cider (4.8%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Chilli Flakes, Dextrose, Water, Cayenne Pepper, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 144g pork per 100g of chorizo.

• 4x Spicy Cider Chorizo with Mature Cheddar - we use mature cheddar made with milk from the farm and cider from less than four miles away making this a truly Somerset experience.
• Ingredients (allergens in CAPITALS): Pork (77%), Mature Cheddar CHEESE (11.6%), Cider (4.2%), Skimmed MILK Powder, Salt, Garlic, Paprika, Dried Chilli, Water, Dextrose, Cayenne Pepper, Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. Made with 188g pork per 100g of chorizo

All of our products will be delivered with a long Best Before date. This will be a minimum of 2 months, with some as long as 6 months. This is a Best Before rather than a Use By date.
All products produced in a facility that uses MILK POWDER and MUSTARD SEED.
