Biscuit Ingredients

Vanilla Sugar Biscuits:
Organic plain wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), caster sugar, butter (milk), golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup), organic egg, self-raising wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents (E450, E500), lemon extract, vanilla extract (water, vanilla extract, vanilla seeds, ethanol), sugar, inulin, thickener (tragacanth).

Gingerbread Biscuits:
Organic plain wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), dark brown sugar (muscovado), butter (milk), treacle (black treacle/molasses), baking powder (E450, E500), ground ginger, cinnamon, mixed spice.

Icing Ingredients:
Icing sugar (icing sugar, anti-caking agent: E341), water, egg white powder (pasteurised dried hen egg albumen, acidity regulator: citric acid, stabiliser: triethyl citrate), food colourings (E102, E110, E122, E129, E133 – colours may vary by design).

E102, E110, E122, E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
