This version of Salsa Diabla is a mild one. It combines Mexican dry chiles with onions, garlic, spices and a punch of extra vinegar.
You will find a nice tangy, smoky flavour in this salsa with a little bit of a kick.
Goes really well with meat dishes, in sandwiches, eggs, pasta, seafood, and any kind of savoury dishes. You can use it as an adobo sauce too.

They can last 10-11 months in a cool place or a fridge. Once open, they will last 3-4 weeks in a fridge.
