I am Estela Arredondo, a proud Mexican woman, founder of MISKI—a celebration of authentic Mexican flavours, handcrafted in England.
My journey is rooted in passion, creativity and a deep love for the food that shaped my childhood. MISKI was born from my desire to share the soul of Mexican cuisine with those who crave something meaningful, bold, and full of heritage.
What began as pop-up events, catering, and market stalls has grown into a vibrant collection of salsas, spicy jams, rich mole sauce, sauces, and artisan bakes, all inspired by the food of my childhood.
Each product is made with love, creativity, and deep respect for tradition.
MISKI means "pleasant to the palate". My mission is to create food that doesn't just taste good, but feels like an experience—bold, comforting and full of story.

Hola, I'm Estela!
I started my business making Authentic Mexican Food here in the UK.
Being Mexican myself, it was crucial for me to cook with salsas that properly go with the dishes I was preparing, but it was hard to find the right ingredients here.
For that reason, I started creating my own salsas, jams, and sauces - all artisanal - to use in my own recipes.
I have created a selection of spicy salsas, spicy jams, ready-to-cook sauces, all to bring a unique Mexican identity to the business and my recipes, and now you can use my MISKI products too!
