Our herbal green take on the classic spicy Margarita!
We use green peppers, cucumber, basil, tarragon, lovage, ginger and chillis to make the herbal, vegetal spirit that adds a whack of flavour to this drink.
Soft lime gives brightness without overwhelming and lets the greens and Volcan Blanco Tequila shine.
Grab a bottle for home, give to someone as a gift, whatever the reason, you can serve it at home just the same as we do in the bar.
